Crunchy waxy consistency, with a vibrant apricot zing and pungent fresh notes of green thyme and rich maple maltiness culminating in a heady, aromatic finish, with enormous length.
Wonderful forest notes come from this thick and cloudy amber honey. Subtle thyme comes through on the palate, building in layers with warm soft sweetness. The thyme persists on the palate with a long aromatic finish that is really delightful.
